To complete your registration, you must complete ALL registration paperwork. Registration forms can be found below..
Complete registration consists of:
- 2026 - 2027 Durham Eagles Registration Information, Waiver and Code of Conduct Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of 2025-2026 FINAL report card with full grades for ALL quarters
- Paid In Full Registration Fee
Paperwork should be completed and submitted by July 15th, 2026. Participants may participate in Durham Eagle spring workout activities until the full balance is paid and all registration paperwork is completed.
Completed paperwork should be given to coach/team commissioner/team parent.
