Durham Eagles Registration

All paperwork must be mailed in, or turned into the registration desk at any Saturday Durham Eagles Football camp. Paperwork cannot be submitted to members of the coaching staff.

Registration Fee:

Early registration for returnees is from March 15 through March 31
$105 fee plus $90 for siblings for all returning players
Early general registration is from April 1 through April 31
$105 plus $90 for siblings for all new and returning players
General registration is from May 1 through July 31
$130 fee plus $100 for siblings for all new and returning players


Registration fees must be paid in full before the player can receive his equipment. The fee covers his equipment (helmet, mouthpiece, game jersey, game pants, belt, as well as the player's insurance). Players must provide their own cleats, girdle, practice pants, practice jersey and athletic supporter. Note that fees are not refundable after July 31.


Completed End-of-Grade Report Card:

We must have 2 copies (or one original and one copy) of the player's end-of-year report card. One will be kept by the Durham Eagles Athletic Association. The other will be kept by the Consolidated Football Federation. Report cards can be copies or originals, but they will not be returned.

Report cards must be complete and show results from all grading periods during the 2007/2008 school year and include their grade assignment for the 2009 school year.


 Birth Certificate:

 Birth certificate must be a copy of the original and will not be returned. Since they will not be returned, we cannot accept an original birth certificate.

However, for a player to be eligible for post-season play, the original birth certificate must be provided for inspection at the close of the regular season and before the start of the play-offs.


Doctor's Physical:

A player must provide a completed medical/physical form . Players must provide the form to be able to practice with the team.

 Player's Release:

Players who have played for a Pop Warner organization in 2007 other than the Durham Eagles will need to get a signed release from that organization in order to be eligible to play for the Durham Eagles Athletic Association in 2008.

Players are added to the team on a first-come, first-serve basis. If our team's registration is full, a player who registers late will not be able to play with our team. All players must meet age/weight requirements per the link below. To allow for growth, the weight allowance will increase by one pound each week during the regular season.
